Brief Description and Justification

In order to build bridges between the gallery and the artistic circles of Canadore College we agreed to a request from the school’s faculty to exhibit the work of their advanced students and faculty. Of interest was the use of new technology in the show. Fifteen artists participated and the exhibition was well attended. The dividend of this exhibit has been increased participation in events such as the “Make Your Mark” and “Art-A-Thon” fundraisers as well as gallery attendance. We have noted an increased membership from both students and staff from Canadore.
